1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

At the current stage (waitlist) we only collect data provided voluntarily in the signup form:

• email address — to inform you about the launch of asmnlab and early beta access (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• industry (optional) — to better fit the product to market needs,
• signup date and source — for technical and statistical purposes.

3. Where we store data

Data is stored in a Supabase database on servers located in the European Union. The site is hosted on Vercel. Email notifications are sent via Resend. These providers process data solely on our behalf under data processing agreements.

4. How long we keep data

Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw consent, and no longer than the end of the waitlist phase and the public launch of the product. After consent is withdrawn, data is deleted promptly.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify your data,
• have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• withdraw consent at any time — a single message is enough,
• lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies / localStorage — e.g. to remember your cookie choice. We currently use no analytics or marketing tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for appropriate consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the product evolves (e.g. once user accounts launch). We will announce significant changes on this page.
